From Rt. 495
Take I-495 NORTH to Exit 41
(RT-28 SOUTH)
Continue South 1.5 miles on Rt. 28 through 4 stoplights.
At end of shopping district on the left is a Bertucci’s restaurant
& a donut shop.
Opposite, find a half-block long brick and white wood-columned building.
Walk through the main archway (Olde Andover Village) to staircase immediately on your left.
At top of stairs, pivot right after glass entry door and climb stairs
to the Beaven & Associates offices.
From the South
Take I-93 NORTH to Exit #41
Bear right off ramp onto RT-125
After 2.1 miles exit onto RT-28 NORTH
Continue into Andover past Phillips Academy on your right (South Main
Street)
Down hill to start of shopping district.
